Job description

※ Summary

• As a Mask Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of mask machines to ensure they operate smoothly during production.

※ Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in optimal condition, such as replacing parts and regularly cleaning the machines;

• Inspect the electronic and mechanical components of the machines to ensure they are working properly according to design specifications;

• Repair any machine malfunctions, including diagnosing problems, replacing parts, reinstalling components, and recalibrating machine;

• Update records to track the maintenance history of the machines when necessary;

• Assist other staff in adjusting machine performance to meet production requirements;

• Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure the correct use of tools and equipment during maintenance and upkeep.

※ Qualification

• Work experience and knowledge in mechanical or electrical maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing field;

• Familiarity with mechanical and electronic components and the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints;

• The ability to use a variety of manual and power tools;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with other staff;

• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills for diagnosing and solving problems;

• Adherence to safety standards to ensure the correct use of tools and equipment during maintenance and upkeep;

• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and working methods.
